We’ve been seeing this happen recently, but it should now be fixed.
In this case, I would do these once more: opening the link in an incognito window, using another browser or another device.

Yes, I tried clearing the history and cache with google chrome and edge web browsers, but the 'continue' button still redirects me to the same webpage.
Is there any other solution that you would recommend?

Earlier I had tried with a windows laptop.
I tried on a friends windows laptop too. Still the same issue.
