Giftcard code invalid

I bought a giftcard yesterday. And when I enter the code it says it is invalid, altho its not. I've tried on 3 different platforms (don't know why but I did). I've been back to the place I bought it but the code is activaded and they are just the middlehand so they couldn't help me.

PS: I really think you should have a telephone support aswell.

I did everything you asked me to do via e-mail and I still having the same problem, and I haven't gotten a solution for my problem!

I bought a gift card few minutes ago,,, how do i know that my friend got the gift card, it does not say anything about that on the receipt?

 

 

Ive got a link to reedem the code and just clicked it, and ive got this:

 

"The Premium code you entered has already been used"

 

And the code that is printed there is nowhere in my receipt that ive got from spotify?

 

why cant spotify just write on the receipt that the gift card has been sent to your friend. easy... ?

Hi StickIcky - What's happened is you've sent that e-card to yourself. When you clicked on the link you redeemed it on your own account.

The issue have been fixed.

I have bought Spotify premium for 12 months but when I try to redeem the code it just keep saying '' oops something went wrong, try again later'' it gets me really frustrated please help!

Same here... ive been waiting for several days (posted a week ago) thinking i will get som kind of answer soon enough but no... its new years tomorrow and it would be great if i could get this working.. i got a giftcard for christmas (300 SEK) and i would like to use it for unlimited...

I have the same problemas everybody else. My card is worth 300 sek please help me

Hi, I have the same issue, I even filled in the form and all I received was a message telling me to try to solve my issue throught the community or through the help section....

I have the same problem. I bought the 10 euro gift card but get the message that the code is invalid. I want to uprgade to Unlimited for 2 months..

I bought my Spotify 10e Gift Card and the PIN-code I entered is invalid. I bought it tomorrow morning so the 12 month redeem time can't be expired yet.. What can I do or where can I contact?

Use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly (even though it says not to) to speed things along.

Har stora problem att 4 kort är köpta 100 kr st inget funkar invalid code står det. Har funkat förr men inte nu. Har mejlat  till Er som ICA sa men inget svar där inte Dåligt Spotify. Mina barn är blåsta på 400 kr.Korten köptes 14 sept och jag mejlade samma kväll och de andra dagarna fram till nu. Skäms att inte ens svara.

 

@nettn61 - someone from the support time replied back to your support case a couple of days ago. Did you not receive that email? It's worth checking your spam/junk folders to make sure it's not there.

@nettn61 - that was where we sent the previous email. But it looks like you've also created 2 new support cases, which are in the queue. Someone will reply to the email address you used to submit those as soon as they can.

Kan Du förklara för mig hur jag kan få mina 400 kr tillbaka. Jag vill göra reklamation på dessa spotify kort.

Det går INTE att ladda hem spotify på dom. Koden är invalid.

Var snäll och gör något åt detta. Skriv och förklara hur jag ska göra.
