Er zit dus op dit moment een fout in de site van spotify zelf en dat word dus nu onderzocht en nagekeken.
Ik heb zelf een email gestuurd met het probleem en ze zijn er mee bezig.

There's a problem with the site itself right now. The are checking what is wrong and fixing the problem.

Someone over at Spotify should manually add it for you

You can use the code for a whole full year to fill it in with, you have to buy a new one every month if you bought a 10 euro card, seeing as you said yesterday that you bought it on the same day..
And the site is working again, so you just have to go to spotify.com/nl/redeem .
Not working for me though.. Same problem. Just 'refreshing', no error.

I already did, and untill now fast reply's 🙂 I've send the details of my giftcard and they are looking into it. So i hope it is solved soon, and I can start listening again.

Why i can´t redeem my gift card code. When I type it to where it should be entered site says just: The Premium code you entered is invalid. Please check that you have typed it correctly. And nothing happens, tried many times.
Hi. Can you try using another browser. If it still doesn't work then I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify can look into it for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
