I am on a premium plan and ordered the google home mini. I filled out the necessary information but did not receive a tracking number. 

 

Google is unable to provide any support or help and suggested I reach out to Spotify. 

 

When I click the link to re-order I am notified I already redeemed the product. 

 

Located in Canada - can anyone help me rectify this? I think I need a new promo code.
