HELP, why did Spotify delete my premium account??

I am having trouble logging into my account, my account was working perfectly untill all of a sudden I was logged out. I tried to log in in all possible ways and it kept saying my password was wrong even though I am 100% certain it is right. I then went on to try rest my password and it said my account is not linked with any active account, even though I have attached below a screenshot of my account. I am very angry as I have just recently paid for Spotify premium and now I have no way in logging in, and Spotify are telling me my account does not exist? I would really appreciate it if you could fix this for me and if not I request my money back from paying for Spotify premium.

btw. I tried logging in on Facebook, an error message keeps coming up
