HELP!

So the 31st of December of 2015 I paid for a spotify gift card because I didn't want to use a credit card. The gift card was 30$ worth it. I paid 0.99$ for 3 months (that was offer that was going around). Now my account says that is going to expire at the end of the month. The giftcard also says that you can only use it once. All the money will be on the account after the first uuse.Help please

Hey @mpoveda-es-es,

How long did you used the premium service untill it expired? 3 months?
When you buy a giftcard for 30 $ it will grand you acces to premium for 3 months, after the 3 months you will be switched to the free service. 
Offers like you are describing aren't valid on giftcards, only apply on credit or bank details. 

You can't let some money stay on the card, it all will be converted to premium.
