Hacked account, they're using it now and i can't stop them

My Question or Issue

 Someone is using my account right now, and i have no idea where from. I've changed my password for spotify and facebook and they're still using my spotify. Is it possible for me to see where my spotify is being used from so i may be able to tell who it is, please help me its really infuriating, otherwise i'm just going to cancel my subscription.
