Having trouble cancelling subscription

 

I would like to cancel my subscribtion, but when I follow the instructions on how to cancel it, it says that I'm on Spotify Free. But when I log into my Spotify account from my mobile or computer, I still have Premium features and it shows that I have payed 6.99 in the beginning of April. So I am still being charged but I can't cancel my subscribtion? Or will the subscription end by itself after one month? Please answer as fast as possible, thanks.

Hi there. You can see the exact expiration date at www.spotify.com on subscription details. You can cancel your subscription anytime though, you just have to wait until your premium period ends. Once you reached that date, you wont be charged anymore and you will get the free account again.

Same with me. I can't in subscribe either. This system of Spotify should not allow this to happen. Spotify if you're looking at my blog here, PLEASE just CANCEL me totally from Spotify. I never opened a new account and did not provide any bank card ddetails so I just don't understand why I am not allowed to free myself from Spotify. This is unfair trading and it wasn't me who visited Spotify either!!!!!

No ...... Being charged for somthing I don't have or want. Unable to cancel from I phone. Stop charging my credit card. Very frustrated. Do not know how to eliminate your auto pay from my Credit Card. Saxwood1@gmail.com. Please help me CANCEL
