Help! Experienced a problem with ordering premium service

Hello, I was trying to buy the spotify premium service special for my mom on her account, but when I tried to order it the first time it said that I had already brought premium. I think it was because I had used the same card to buy the special for myself on my own account. I switched to my credit card, but it charged me $9.99 instead of the .99cents that I was expecting to pay for. Can this be fixed?
