**Help cancelling premium


hi, I have a new mobile phone contract which includes free Spotify premium. In order to redeem this and apply it to my existing account the vodafone link told me that I must first cancel my premium subscription which I did yesterday, I gave it some time but when I try to apply the free premium service it still tells me that as I am already premium and I must cancel premium first!!!!


Also when I log into my account, rather than showing that I have cancelled premium it says that my payment method failed and that my card is about to expire rather than showing the fact that I have cancelled premium!
