@kpspotify Hey! Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Are you trying to upgrade with an AmEx at all?
Sorry, just to clarify, it's not that I'm trying to upgrade, I just want to change my payment method.
I received a new credit card so I need to change my payment method. But when I click "change", it told me I need to enter my postcode. Then I entered and press change, the error message shows up. How can I do to change it?
I try it on chrome and safari but didn't work either.

It means "Oh! There was an error occurred. Please try again or visit our help center."
I just tried it again, but still didn't work.
Weird you shouldn't need to enter your postcode unless you are trying to change the country registered on your account (to match your payment card).
Do you currently have an active subscription?

I never change my country, and my new card is from the same bank.
I up load My subscription information picture below. The VISA data is still old one.
Definitely something not quite right there, I have a feeling this is going to require a little bit of digging so if you could get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form they should be able to lend a hand.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
