Help with account

Hi i just wanted to know if any one can help me out. 

i have made this account to use with my twitch live streams i do i got the offer on the screen saying get 3 months for 99p then £9.99 a month after that. but when i entered my bank bank details it came up saying i used my card on my old account before i started streaming, but it could not use it and offered me the £9.99, i just checked my bank this morning and found out i am getting charged the 99p when i dont have the premium
