I have been charged 10.69 for the past 6 months and have not recived payment back for any of those charges. I do not have premium and should not be getting any of these charges. I have put in many requests for someone to contact me about this and have not heard back in weeks. This is rediculous and needs to be fixed immediabely before I bring this a step further.

If you filled out the Contact Form you should have received a No-Reply Email 🙂

If you received a No-Reply email that says to check out the FAQ or Community just reply to that email and Spotify support will contact you 🙂

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and i will escalate the issue for you 🙂
