How can artist claim profile with producer's uploads?

Long story short: how can an artist claim a profile featuring songs that were uploaded by the producer thru the producer's own distributor account (like OneRPM)?

Longer version: I'm the producer. The artist I worked with already has songs up on Spotify, but they were put there by one of her other producers thru OneRPM. Not knowing anything at the time, I used CDbaby to distribute our new song. CDbaby prompted me to choose the profile with her previous songs. It's been delivered. I told her to claim that profile so she could pitch our song, but she says that when she tries, it prompts her to go thru OneRPM since that's what the other producer used. So she went ahead and made her own OneRPM and is apparently uploading the music all over again. Which I fear will create another artist profile, and our new song won't be there.

What to do??? 😞

EDIT: I think I figured it out. She has to click on "skip instant access" and then it'll allow her to claim her profile without going thru OneRPM. (I hope.)
