How do I cancel when I’ve lost access to my email account .

I had it linked to an old email account I no longer have access to. How do I cancel the account and the subscription? Is there a Spotify team I can contact directly to sort this for me?

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to your Spotify account that’s subscribed to Premium, I'd recommend contacting Spotify's Customer Support team here. They can take a look and will do their best to help you to cancel your subscription or close your account.

My Question or Issue

I have 2 Phones- One for work and one for personal use

I recently went travelling and signed up on my personal phone for a spotify account with a premium incentive. I accidentally entered an old email that I dont use anymore and now when I want to cancel the account I cant get access.

Is there somehow I can cancel this?
