How do I change my payment details?

I'm trying to change my payment method for my premium family account.
The support part of the website lists the following steps:
To update or change your payment details:
- Log in to your account page.
- Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method.
- Enter a new payment method.
However, there is no 'Your Plan' button or section to look under, and when I look under 'Available plans' there is no UPDATE button to click. Under 'Premium family' the only option is to leave family mix.
Seems like some pretty basic functionality to not be available, what's going on here?!
I'm in the UK, and I've checked the account menus on both my android phone and desktop.
