How do I change twitter account to share to?

I have recently changed to a new twitter account, but I can't find out where to unlink spotify from my old twitter and change it to the new one...can anyone point me in the right direction?

(Also, surely it shouldn't be this hard to find it)

With the new update, I can't find this disconnect option ANYWHERE. Play.spotify.com doesn't even let me share.
