How do I unsubscribe my Spotify premium??

I need help. I did not subscribe to any premium but I get charges on my credit card a month. I barely even use this app. How do I unsubscribe my spotify premium. I followed the instructions online but I don't see an unsubscribe option there.

It's possible you have another accounts that's on Premium. I suggest for you to get in touch with Spotify through their Contact form so they can help you cancel that subscription.

You can check the status of your account and cancel by following the instructions on the Cancel - Spotify page.

If your account is not showing a subscription, then someone else has used your payment information to signup their own account for premium, which you should look into immediately to protect your payment information. Contact Spotify as suggested in the comment above.
