How do i unlink my Spotify from an account i don’t know?

I Linked my Spotify to an account a long time ago, and since then i have forgot which user, what mail and what password i used. Is there a way I can unlink from my Spotify account and log link it to my new account?

Thanks for reaching out. What it this linking that you're refering to? Have you joined a Family plan? If so, you can leave at anytime from your account page. Other than that, as long as you use the correct email address and password, you can login to your account on any device.
