How to activate premium offered by Globe Telecom without affecting current premium subscription

I have an active premium subscription that will end in March 2015. A few days ago, I subscribed to GoSurf with Spotify Premium and wish to activate, hoping it would extend my premium subscription. I still have plans to subscribe to premium, but would like to avail bundled promo for my subscription. Is it possible to extend my premium subcription using offers from Globe?

Bakit hndi ko ma activate ang free spootify ko. I got my new line from globe. Il go to spootify.globe.com.ph and wen i put there the verification code na sinend nyo sa number ko.its said code error. And many times ko sya ginawa pero lahat puro code error. wtf.

I have the same issue. I registered to Spotify Premium through Globe *143# Php 129 for 30 days (no data). I received a code and my load was deducted, yet I can't activate it through my Spotify profile (on laptop or mobile).

It also fails on spotify.globe.com.ph asking for me to try later and something about GoSurf. I did trial and error for 7 days following instructions from @talk2Globe on Twitter. At one point, they said it was fixed but I still wasn't on Premium. I asked for a refund but I gave up since they were now ignoring my messages.

If I check my subscription status on *143# I get a message saying my subscription is still active and will expire on 2016-04-30 19:40:11. Since the day I registered I am not able to enjoy Premium features.

I am a Globe prepaid subscriber on iPhone 6 using wifi.

I'll try contacting Spotify support too.

I already registered for spotify 129 in Globe and I tried activating it for several times using spotify.globe.com.ph I have entered my 11-digit mobile and after I press send, the page keeps on reloading on the same page. It doesn't go to the verification code. I can't use my Spotify. Please help

Hi. Can I ask for help. I dont have a globe plan nor will I register in promos but can I use regular load for paying.
