How to change email and password when your logged into face book?

How can I change my email when I am logged in with Facebook but, 

1. I can't access my email 

2. I don't think I know the password 

Also I have already tried the settings thing and I cant find where it say's

to disconnect from Facebook? 

All I want to do is keep my profile but change the email since I have no access to that email!

In this case I recommend contacting Customer Support; they’ll take a look and do their best to help you update your email address and password.
