How to remove/un-verify and Artist page from my Spotify for Artists account?

My Question or Issue

 I have a Spotify for Artists account on the website, which has connected and verified an Artist page on Spotify. This page should not be verified not do I want to be connected/controlling it. How do I "remove" this defunct page (which no longer even has music or graphics associated with it) so that it's not in my stats center, but more importantly, also so that it no longer has it's Blue Check which will confuse people looking for the correct page of the same name (there are many pages under this common name, but I want only the correct one to have the Verified check and be associated with my Spotify for Artists page).

PS. I believe this message may have been posted from my personal Spotify account, maybe not the one connected to Spotify for Artists.
