How to transfer followers from one account to another

Hi everyone,

I have just subscribed for premium with an older account of mine which has the username "omardiyejon". However, I had been using another account with the username "omaresdiogenes". As far as I have learned you are able to transfer followers from one account to another. I want my followers at "omaresdiogenes" to be transferred to "omardiyejon" which I'm currently using. 

By the way, I am also working as a technical support at a big form builder company. So, I know how hard this could be at times. I hope I have made myself clear enough about my issue 🙂
