How to unlink spotify

My Question or Issue

 My spotify is linked to my PlayStation network account that I no longer have access to. I have a new PlayStation network account but I can't get my spotify linked to that account. 

I don't want to lose my account. Is there anyway I can get it back and link it to something else? Or change my username and get things transferred over?

You can only unlink from your PSN account. Seeing that you don't have access to that account anymore, you'll need to get in touch with Sony and they will be able to break the connection for you.
