How to use the same Card for a new account?

So, i canceled my suscription for my past account since it was linked to a facebook account that i want to disable.

I registered to create this new account and i want to make it premium, buuut, the problem is it is rejecting my card because it was already used on the other.

it gives me the message "your card already receive this promotion in the past", i dont even care about getting a 30 day free trial or something like that, i just want to make my new account premium.

i tried to upgrade it whitout using any offer but i dont see the option, it seems that if you want to go premium you need to do it trough any of the 3 offers they have.

any ideas on how can i solve this?
