My Question or Issue

I have tryed to pay for a Premium account with different credit cards and different days but it have been impossible to pay. What can I do?

Could you let me know what happens when you try to pay for Premium? Also, could you try using a different browser or incognito mode?

Thank you for you answer,

 

I have tryed everthing, changing my credit card, my browser and incognito mode and I can't pay it 😞 The message that show is: "There is a mistake with the payment, try another form".

I have tryed all the options, but unfortunately I couldn`t pay so I decided to stop trying.

I can´t use another method, in my country Spotify only accept pay from credit card 😞 It is a shame.

If you're still having trouble with this, we suggest you reach out to our Customer Support team here, since they can take a look at your account and thus might be able to give you a bit more insight into the reason why your payment method is being rejected.
