Hi , one week ago i had a premium account.But when my credit card balance finished naturally my premium account is finished too. And i add some money on my card but now spotify doesn't accept that card.One week ago there is no problem , also there are some money. What's the problem ?

1 hafta önce premium hesabım vardı ininal kart bakiyem bitince doğal olarak o da bitti.Karta yükleme yaptım ama tekrar premium olmaya çalıştığımda " tüh , kartın ve ya ödeme sağlayıcın kötü bir gün geçiriyor galiba.merak etme , senden hiç ücret almadık vsvs. " diye devam eden hatayı alıyorum. sorun nedir ? nasıl çözerim ? farklı tarayıcılar da denedim ?
Hey @user-removed, since it worked before, I'd suggest to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
I entered the contact customer page. Technical problems > an error code / message > I can't be online(premium) with spotify. And than I click Android but nothing happen. Sorry , this is my first time on community so I don't know anything.

You can send them a message even without selecting a device 😉
Usually they reply within a day but in some extreme cases you have to wait a max of 48 hours.
