I can't log in to my Google account.**bleep** I don't even receive a password reset email.

If you're having trouble logging into your Spotify account:

1. Check your email for messages from Spotify; your username might be there.

2. Use your username instead of the email along with your password.

3. Don't forget to check your spam folder for any overlooked messages.

I searched my email records and found only a subscription verification
email.
As a test, I received a password reset email from another newly signed up
account,
but my premium account did not receive a reset email.

I searched for spam emails and tried logging in with the expected ID.

This might be account-related, but before we can deduce this is the case, let's also try one more thing 🙂 

Open an incognito browser window and copy this link there: https://accounts.spotify.com/password-reset.
If all works as intended, you will now receive the email. 
If not, do let us know and we'll take a look at what can be done.
