I can't log in to my other account even with correct username and password.

 I was playing a song on the web player when it randomly stopped and it reloaded the page and was taken to the log in page. I typed what was needed but it said username or password is incorrect. I thought it got deleted or something but when I checked with this account, it was still there, I even followed it.
