Reporting Fake Account

Hello,

Someone has opened fake account with my girlfriend’s photo and her name. Also, this account tries to disgrace us by opening playlists with the bad names. I don’t know who is it but that playlist issue is always happening every night. How can I report that account? Can you please help me?
