I can't search up users.

Hi, 
recently I've been having trouble searching up people. When typing a name on the search bar, nothing but artists and playlists show up. I'm a premium user and have tried this on both iPhone 6+ and a MacBook Air.

Hey @jadeeee,

Welcome to the community!

You should be able to look up profiles by entering spotify:user:[their username] into the search bar in the Spotify desktop or mobile apps. To get someone's Spotify username, you'll need to ask them to check their online profile.

Alternatively, you can also find someone's Spotify profile by clicking on their name in a playlist they created, or they can share their profile with you.

I've got the same problem. People that I saw before, are now disappeared. Same with my profile, and I've got Premium.

I think previously it has been possible to search up users by the name on their facebook page, hence the confusion. 

The problem is now solved. Thank you.
