I have had two payments taken out of my account in the same month

I have had two payments taken out of my account in the same month

Hi

 

I have checked my bank statement and I have had two payments taken out for March. Can I get a refund and also stop the possibility of two payments coming out next month.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you have been billed twice on different dates, you must have more than one Spotify account running with a subscription. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to track down and cancel any extra accounts for you as well as deal with refunds etc. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
