I kept receiving emails about suspicious logins

On 6/17/2020, I received a "welcome" email from Spotify, but I'm not a new user and had been use Spotify for years. On the same day, I received additional two lognin notifications, one from Russian, and one from Hungary. I logged into my account, removed all access, changed password, then today (6/20/2020) I received another email saying my account has been logged in from Malaysia.  

I use Facebook as my login info, checked on Facebook, no suspicious activities, checked Hulu which came with Spotify Premium plan, no login over there either. I've tried everything Spotify listed as "account protection" but I don't know why there is still suspicious logins and why changing password didn't help.

Addition note: this type of message should really send directly to Spotify account/security department rather than post on an open forum, but I can't find how to contact customer service, and this whole situation just SO frustrated which I can't changed my main login info (change my login--not to use facebook but a more protected email), and changing password is a joke.
