Just popping in to add something to what @OneByBoo suggested.

If you currently have access to the email address associated with the Spotify account you no longer remember the password for, you can reset this password.

To do so, you'll need to click here and follow the suggested steps.

If you don't have access to the email address associated with the Spotify account you mentioned and are currently logged out your Account page (where you could manually edit the Spotify account email address in your Account overview unless the account was created through and is linked to Facebook), then it'll be helpful for you to get in touch about this with our support folks by checking the 'Write to us' section in this article.
