Hy I have a bug problem . I deleted my previous Facebook account and I forgot to cancel the payment. I already registered with a new account. The same email. And I payed twice with the same card the premium membership.

So you deleted your facebook, forgot to cancel spotify and premium and now you want to get a refund is that what your saying?

So the previous one it's doesn't matter only 1 pound for three months . I just want canceled the future payment on my last account. And my new account I payed two times. And I don't have premium

You can cancel your subscription anytime following the steps here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/how-to-cancel-your-subscription/

Also, did you happen to click the upgrade button more than once? That would explain the double payment... You'll need to check in your correct subscription page when your subscription expires. If it's more than a month away, it should be okay, like you pre-paid it ๐Ÿ™‚
However, as you're not getting the Premium features, have you checked that you log in with the correct credentials as the ones in the receipt Spotify send you when you upgraded?

Otherwise, I'd suggest you contact Spotify directly, either via their Twitter handle @SpotifyCares or by using the contact form so that a member of the staff can take a look under the hood for you!

Please make sure to reply to the automated email you'll receive after you've sent the form, even if it's a no-reply. Support gets back within 24-48 hours ๐Ÿ™‚
