I signed up with apple ID, how to I turn it off and be able to login with my email?

My Question or Issue

I signed up for my premium account and used apple ID to log in. Now I am trying to sign my kids up and cannot log them in with their ID unless I use mine for verification. When I do it, it just logs me in and bypasses them. I want to delete anything apple and just log in with a username and email without deleting my whole account and starting over. How do I do this?

You can use your email address to log into Spotify by creating a password following these steps:

1. Go to our password reset form.
2. Enter your email address.
   Note: If you hide your email, use the email address generated for you by Apple.
3. Check your inbox for an email from us to reset your password.

You may be able to log into Spotify using your email and the new password after resetting it. You can also find more information about the login with Apple here:

Hello, after a long break I signed in yesterday using my AppleID and immediately upgraded from Free to Premium. My country is Thailand, devices are Macbook with Ventura (primary), Pixel with GrapheneOS and iPhone with iOS.

Yesterday everything worked fine on 2 devices, and I thought I added an email login but evidently it was not succesful as today could not log in on either browser or the phone and had to use AppleID again. Still unable to log in on the phone.

So I'm trying again to add the email log-in but it keeps failing:
1) Profile does not let me update the email address because it asks for a password that I don't have.
2) When I try to add login method it won't save the new email but keeps reverting to some weird Apple email that I don't know how to access (**bleep**).
3) Somewhere in your docs I found a change email form, but that also doesn't work because it sends the link to that same weird apple email which I can't access.
