I still pay for 2 accounts, but i should not

I still pay for 2 accounts, but i should not

I cancelled premium a long time ago and joined spotify family, but still pay for premium. I have paid many months now. Why? Cannot find support to call anywhere.

The first thing you should do is check for alternate accounts that the payment could be going through: https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/do-i-have-an-additional-account/
