Hey I remember when I go to the concerts section it says there is no concerts in Manama (capital of Bahrain) it can identify my location and it is not launched in my country and I am using it here how is this possible?

I'm afraid Spotify's not available in Bahrain right now. If your account's set to the US, you'll be able to use Spotify abroad for 14 days on the Free service. There's more info on this here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_help/travel-with-spotify/.
