I'm not sure if you can change the device username set by Spotify. Usually it's set to a specific one tied with your account.

If you don't mind to type again to clarify if you created your account through facebook because I can't make out the letters in the image (it's a bit small), that would be great!

Unfortunately I believe that only by creating a new account at Spotify directly.
