In the 'Comunity"portal, when I log in all the information is correct, except for the image.

Regardless of how I access the Community portal (Windows, Ipad, Android), I find that the image was not placed by me and has no relation to me. How can that be changed, please.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'll be here to clear things up.

The profile picture you're seeing is one of the default profile pictures. When you create your profile in the Spotify Community, you get one of these default Spotify avatars as your profile picture. You can update this picture by clicking on your avatar in the top right corner > My settings > Avatars, or use this link to go directly to the page.

You should be able to choose from a variety of images there. For safety reasons, you may need to reach a certain level in the Community to upload custom profile pictures.

I was not aware of that. And would I reach the needed level to place my picture (or other)? I thought I would see the same as in my profile in the music app.

Thanks for your reply. After checking, it seems that uploading your own profile picture in the Community is a Spotify Star perk at the moment. Check out the Spotify Stars Program page for more details, including how to join.

You should still be able to choose an avatar from the available ones here.
