Incorrect Facebook display name inside the app

My Question or Issue

Is there any way I can have the app display my full name? It only says ''Alex''. 

I already tried disconnecting my Facebook account and reconnecting it, not working.

Did you choose a display name when you created your account? If so, than it is possible that the display name is overriding your Facebook account name. 

If you would like to change this, you will need to create a new account. You can get in touch with our Customer Support team here, who can help you transfer everything from your old to your new account, and then close the old one.
