Incorrect billing

Incorrect billing

I have a student premium account but didn’t get an email about needing to renew my eligibility and am getting billed at full price this month. I just redid my eligibility today and it went through successfully and the billing is still showing as pending for this month at full price. Any ways I can not pay full price for it since I have a student account and did not receive notice my verification was up? I have in the past and didnt this time.

Welcome to Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us!

In this case, it's not possible to change the price of the pending bill. As you just renewed your Student plan right after the current charge, you'll only get the discounted price starting on your next payment.
