Does Spotify has an email or a number I can call? I have a bunch of problem and the site is pretty bad. I don't understand how a company with such experience only have a bunch of pages describing the more obious things and no easy form to contact.

 

Currently I have a familiar plan, but for no reason my brother and sister were excluded from my account. When I send a new invitation the email says they are about to join the account of another person (the email has a different name from a person I don't know). I went to ALL pages to see if I could find this name in my account but I could not find anything. Spotify also charge my credit card with a few values I don't understand why. For exemple:

May 16th - Charged my premium (family) [Usually the payments are made around this date]

June 25th - Charged my premium (family) [I changed my credit card so I think this is the reason of the delay]

June 29th - Charged R$ 10 (Brazil currency) - I have no idea why you guys charged me this.
