Invoices with reference number please

I would like to receive proper invoices for bookkeeping, please. How can I make payments without references? That being said, please give me back iDeal so I can make those payments.

I understand it's for personal use but without invoices how can I make a monthly payment if I do not have a credit card or Paypal? I have to refer to something, right? What should I do? I do my modest bookkeeping as we all have to do this here but I can't track the payments.

So please tell me what I should do to make a payment. Is adding my account name enough? I made a payment this morning like that but nothing was confirmed yet.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

I hope this will go well. I made the payment because I don't want to lose the subscription but 9,99 is already stretching it a bit at the moment so I hope they will find the payment.
