Is there a way to move Starbucks partner numbers to a new account?

I am in the US and I have Starbucks partner numbers for a premium plan. I was thinking about starting a new Spotify account, and I was wondering if there was a way I can move my partner numbers from my current account to a new account. For example, could I delete my current account and just create a new one and put my new numbers in?
