Issue changing credit card information

Hey guys good morning, I've been trying to change my credit card info for a while, but it doesn't let me, the system continues charging me in a MC credit card, i did all the process well, and it shows me that the update was done correctly, but when i go to see again the new info, it remains the same, with the MC credit card and not the new one, a VISA credit card, what is it going on? could you please help me with this issue? thank you.

This has been the case for me since LAST Sunday. I've reached out to Spotify everywhere I could think including Twitter and they have been completely unresponsive. Total garbage customer service. Especially when I'm trying to give them money. I get this stupid screen every time I try to add my new credit card details.
