Issue with syncing my playlist

I'm having issues every week. My playlist are out of sync and I have to download it again.

Hey @Jhonjasanchez and welcome to our Community!

 

That's not cool. Please follow the steps here:

 

  1. Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.
  2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
  3. Reinstall the app with the steps from above.
  4. Save your offline tracks again.
