Issues with Uploading picture on Spotify Artist Page

Hi everyone,

I'm Martin Parks, a budding singer-songwriter, and I'm encountering some difficulties with uploading a photo on the About page within the Spotify artist environment. I've ensured that the photo dimensions are 4140x3000, so that should meet the requirements. However, I've noticed that the image appears blurry after it's been processed, usually after a few days.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or found a solution? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

First, thanks for the sweet compliment! Hahah, that cover is indeed good. I'm more concerned about the photo on the About page & profile picture, etc. They seem quite blurry? See pics:

Super sorry for taking so much time to get back. I was taking a look backstage and collecting more information to help you out...

It seems to be an expected behavior, considering the high resolution is only for the Artist page and the photos that are on the About Me page can't be zoomed in, they're of lower quality.

With this in mind, there isn't much more we can do in this case, except for uploading the best quality pictures possible, knowing the quality can be reduced in some cases...
