It doesn't work on mobile anymore

It doesn't work on mobile anymore

So I recently moved from a country to another and my spotify doesn't work on mobile anymore, I works just fine on pc but refuses to play on any mobile devide that I try, I've already tried creating different accounts but nothing works. No, it's not an connection problem.I don't know what to do anymore.

Hello!
What mobile OS do you use? If you use Android, please do a clean install of Spotify and try it again:

Hey lorelore, What happen when you try to login on your mobile device? Does it says that " You can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days." ?? or something else ?
if you got that message, I think It's because you can only use Spotify free 14 days on mobiles.

or maybe Spotify currently unavailable in the country that you moved to.

It did appear in the begging the, 14days text. But even if I create another account it doesn't work, yes Spotify is available in the country that I'm in.

If you are getting the upgrade to premium message every time you try to shuffle, i tried playing the radio and then it worked fine for me
