My Question or Issue

I have a premium subscription and on your website my name and picture is displayed..(linked with Facebook) However, in the app and the web player, it's a long number and no picture, which means I'm unsearchable! Didn't have this issue before becoming a premium member. Is your system really so shitty that you pay for more and get that feature less in return?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. It sounds like you might have opted out of sharing your data with Facebook. You can check this on your account page here.
You should also make sure that on Facebook's end here, Spotify has to be allowed to have access to personal data.
